Professor Barnaby Lenon, CBE

Barnaby Lenon, Dean of Education at the University of Buckingham, has taught and led at some of the UK’s most prestigious schools, including Harrow, Trinity School Croydon, and Eton College. He co-founded the London Academy of Excellence and chairs the Independent Schools Council. A former Ofqual board member, he is now on its Standards Advisory Committee. The author of six books, his work focuses on school performance and the characteristics of effective teaching in the UK and around the world.
