Toby Mullins

Toby Mullins has over 27 years’ experience as a headteacher, leading schools through transformation and growth. Former Chair of both the Society of Heads and the Independent Schools Council, he has held leadership roles at Seaford College, the David Ross Education Trust, Reddam House, Mount House School, and Bedstone College. Beyond school leadership, Toby has served as an A-level examiner, ISI inspector, and governor or trustee for multiple schools and charities, including the Children’s Trust and the United Westminster Grey Coat Foundation.
